E&G Group

A real estate development firm with a different story to tell.

Everything about E & G Group, from their customers to their approach, shows you that they are a different kind of real estate development firm. The focus of the project was to promote this by creating a different kind of online destination.

Challenge

E & G Group isn't like most other real estate development firms. A business that focuses on service moderate-income organizations that would benefit from their help is the benchmark for their service, and the cornerstone of their success. E & G Group came to A Brand New Way to help them deliver their story in a clear and unique way.

Strategy

Most real estate development firms are busy saying the same things the exact same way. They are only focused on the property in question, and spilling through a laundry list of services that a visitor would probably need a lexicon to understand. If you don't know their business, then they don't want yours.

E & G Group isn't just a company looking at the numbers. They are there to help their clients through what can be stressful and overwhelming process. We chose to deliver a softer, more entertaining message that let their visitors realize that they would be working with a business that had their interests at heart.

Execution

E & G Group was built around the concept of supportive service, and having the right group of people by your side. From the clouds floating by their logo to the smooth transitions from one view to the next, we delivered on a story that speaks to the people between the organizations.

Visitors can travel through the portal to discover E & G's approach to their services, and comb through visual case studies that walk them through the details and steps of one of their past engagements.

Visitors can also watch an animated short that tells the adventure of a group of university employees and the E & G puffin in the day-to-day dealings with a typical project.
